ADMISSION PROCESS

The Academy is recognized for its learner centered classroom settings embedded in a modern learning backdrop. This holistic educational base cultivates the moral, psychological and physical dimensions of the learners, facilitating them in expressing and reinventing themselves.

Admissions at THE ACADEMY are offered solely on merit irrespective of nationality, gender, caste, religion, ethnic background, language, disability, socio-economic status or any other variable. All the learners seeking for admission at THE ACADEMY must be age appropriate in accordance with the school policy and must clear the school entry test and interview for admission.

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION:

  • Admissions for all grades will be based on previous result sheet, performance in admission test and leaving certificate from school.
  • For early grades, elementary grades scoring 50% marks in admission test is mandatory.
  • For higher grades scoring 60% marks in admission test is mandatory.
  • Parents should ensure their presence at the interview, interview time is limited which should be observed.
  • Academic year at THE ACADEMY commence from August each year.
  • No refund will be given once the admission is finalized, except for the security deposit (refundable amount).
  • Fee must be paid monthly within due date. In case of three months default, the child will be liable to be removed from the school roll.

DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST FOR ADMISSION:

  • Photocopy of applicant’s birth certificate.
  • Four passport size photographs of the applicant.
  • Certified copies of report card(s) of the last school(s) attended (if applicable).
  • Passport size photographs of parents (one photograph each).
  • Photocopies of CNIC of parents.
  • Photocopy of CNIC of Guardian (if applicable).

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • Age group should be between 12-16 years for Grade 9 till 11.
  • Must have cleared the previous grade.
  • Clearance of entrance test.
  • Clearance of interview.
