Franklin Covey’s “Leader in Me” programme transforms an entire school. It cultivates a culture of student empowerment based on the notion that every child can be a leader while teaching students 21st-century leadership and life skills. The procedure teaches students the abilities necessary for academic success in any circumstance. Critical thinking, goal-setting, speaking and listening, self-directed learning, and presentation are some of these abilities.

An evidence-based, all-inclusive model called “Leader in Me” helps students develop their leadership and life skills while also fostering a culture of high trust in the classroom and laying the groundwork for long-term academic success.
