Teaching Learning Unit

(TLU) at The Academy works for the ongoing improvement in teaching methodologies through systematic monitoring and evaluation. It strives towards quality education by providing Continuous Professional and Learning Development to all its stakeholders

Dr. Margaret Madden, an Australian educationist and an avid researcher, is working as the Director of TLU. Dr. Margaret is a Doctorate from Deakin University, Australia.

During the last 20 years she has been working in Pakistan, ten of those as the Director of Notre Dame Institute of Education (NDIE). Margaret has contributed widely to the development of education in Pakistan through her service in key educational positions including, the Sindh Teacher Education Development Authority (STEDA); the Board of Studies for University of Karachi and IQRA University; the Board of Governors of NDIE and of Teachers Resource Center; and the Board of Management of the Programme Officer for Education (Catholic Education).
